financial assistance

CAMP FIRE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Camp Fire Walla Walla provides scholarship help for program fees. This money is available to boys and girls who would be unable to participate in Camp Fire programs without financial assistance. We encourage parents to pay an amount they can afford toward the fee. This stretches the money further, to provide money for more youth. Financial Assistance is only provided when funds are available.
WORKING CONNECTIONS CHILD CARE (DSHS)
Camp Fire Walla Walla is in partnership with Working Connections Child Care. Working Connections Child Care (WCCC) helps families with low incomes pay for child care. WCCC is available for AFTER SCHOOL CAMP ONLY.
Eligible families:
Have one or more children
Meet income eligibility guidelines
Work or meet WorkFirst requirements
Live in Washington
To find out if your family is eligible for WCCC, contact the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) customer service call center toll-free at 1.877.501.2233 or visit Washington Connection online.
After you complete the application process, DSHS will tell you within 30 days if you qualify for benefits.
