About Us
Providing enrichment programs for boys and girls in Walla Walla.
Camp Fire USA was founded in 1910 as Camp Fire Girls, the first integrated, non-sectarian organization for girls in the United States. In the years since, the organization has become co-educational and changed its name to reflect its inclusive nature, but the core mission and values remain largely the same. Today the 84 councils nationwide that make up Camp Fire USA serve approximately 300,000 youth every year. Through its mission to build caring, confident youth and future leaders, Camp Fire USA truly turns today’s kids into tomorrow’s leaders.
Camp fire USA Walla Walla Council was established in the early 1900s. For nearly 100 years we have made a difference in the lives of children in the Walla Walla Valley. Our Council’s goal is to provide quality, enriching out-of-school programs and to make those programs accessible to all boys and girls in our community.
